This exceptional vintage George VI sterling silver fruit dish has a circular shaped form onto a circular spreading foot, all in the Art Deco style. The surface of this vintage silver dish is plain and embellished with an applied iconic Art Deco style geometric, stepped border to the rim. The underside of this sterling silver dish bears the retailer"s mark "Walker & Hall, Sheffield", in addition to the model number "64337" and registration number "803511. This vintage silver dish is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The fruit dish has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the base are very clear. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example of vintage silverware.
