MARTIN HALL & Co - Sterling Silver Bead Childrens Christening Set - 1875. A boxed three piece Christening set - knife, fork & spoon. Made by the firm of. Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall). Please see above for quantity available. Markings: Fully hallmarked as per image above. Size: Knife measures 7 7/8 (20 cm) long, blade is sterling silver, filled, weighs 38 grams. Weight of fork and spoon 46 grams. Condition: Set is in excellent condition - freshly polished, some very light surface marks commensurate with age and storage. Box silk is a little torn. Box shutting mechanism doesn't lock.
