Antqiue George V Sterling Silver Centrepiece 1920 by Walker & Hall

  
An attractive antique George V sterling silver centrepiece hallmarked in Sheffield for 1920 by Walker & Hall. This centrepiece consists of a central stand to hold the bowl and two side arms to support the hanging baskets. There is a gallery around the top edges of the central bowl and hanging baskets which adds some interest to the overall design of this mainly plain silver centrepiece. When the central bowl is removed, the stand can be used as a vase which adds some more versatility to this piece. It would make an ideal table feature as it is both decorative and practical.

This centrepiece remains in excellent condition. Height: 29.5 cms (11.6). Length: 40 cms (15.7). Diameter: 25 cms (9.8).
