Set of Five Tea Spoons. This is a wonderful set of 5 spoons set in sterling silver. The spoons have a nice elegant simple design with the logo for "City of Newcastle Riffle Club" on the handle. One of the spoons has a full British hallmark dating it to 1945, the other spoons aren't hallmarked but we have acid tested them to confirm that they are silver.

A lovely piece of history! There is a full hallmark on one of the spoons showing the'Crown' of the Sheffield Assay Office, the'Lion Passant for Sterling Silver, the date letter'C' for 1945 and makers mark'W&H' for Walker & Hall.

We have acid tested the other 4 spoons to confirm they are silver. The length of the spoons is 124.1 mm Approx. The width of the spoons is 24.6 mm Approx. The total weight of the spoons is 94.7 grams Approx. Alison Chapman, as seen on ITV's Dickinson's Real Deal and Secret Dealers.
